Pricing and billing

Published prices are for the plans shown on the site at the time you view them. Onboarding fees, monthly fees, and prepaid annual terms are described on the plan itself and in your order form. Prepaid plans may be non-refundable as stated there.

The Surge CRM and our AI assistant are provided as described in your agreement with us. The assistant can make mistakes. Please check important information with our team.

Surge text messaging

When you select the optional marketing and customer care SMS checkbox on our inquiry form, you agree to receive marketing and customer care texts from Surge (Surge Scales LLC) at +1 (856) 245-0865 about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, requested service updates, and promotional offers at the number you provide. Messages may use automated technology. Earlier customer-care-only consent does not authorize promotional messages; a new opt-in to marketing is required.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. You may submit a request and receive an email reply without agreeing to texts.

Reply STOP to cancel text messages. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further messages will be sent through this program unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or email info@surgescales.com. To rejoin, submit a new SMS opt-in through our inquiry form.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use, and let us know if that number changes.
